Yeah exactly. Every new season has different cast and a new crime. Honestly the reviews aren't that great so I haven't really watched the rest. Season 1 is the real deal.
Told you that some scenes would be disturbing lol
About OMITB, I haven't yet watched the last season yet. I was waiting...
Series - Under the Banner of Heaven
The series involves a lot of religion, particularly the dark side of Mormons and Christianity. It shows the story of a Mormon family whose life turns out similar to the founder itself. Not being a Christian myself, I'm not aware how truly it depicts it but...
Just finished another one "Mare of Easttown"
Even though Kate Winslet acting was great, still too many holes and irrelevant plot. Writing seemed lazy and some of the ideas seemed borrowed. Dunno why they killed off that Colin character. Just another time pass watch about a small town detective...
Oh yes first season was bang on. Lucy is a sweetheart and she was my favorite out of the three. And second season was meh compared to it.
All good shows. I watched some of them like Brooklyn, Suits (fav character - Louis) and Mentalist. I also watched some Sherlock like the movie starring...
Me too. I'm a big sucker for detective series, murder mysteries and thrillers. I also love a good comedy.
Reason why I binged through shows like "Why Women Kill" and "The White Lotus". Especially liked the former because of how it tells the story of three women with a troubled marriage and lots...
Hehe seems like it. 😻
Well, I gotta give you a heads up that while BLL and OMITH might be chic and glamorous, true detective first season is completely raw. Shot in rural Louisiana, lots of junkies and quest to find a serial killer. There is some really disturbing content.
I've been watching a couple of shows lately.
1. True detective - I just completed the season 1 and it blew my mind. The casting was on point and the story was very interesting.
2. Only murders in the building - I'm currently on season 4 and up to date. Love the comedy and the chemistry...
I just started Modern Love and watched till episode 3 where Anne Hathaway plays the lady with the bipolar disease. I’m a fan of love stories and I’m quite enjoying this for my before bedtime watch.
