I think it's hilarious. Not the same type of humour as sit-coms (have nothing against sit-coms), in the end it's a dark-satire. It's closer to The Death of Staline.

Pilots are sometimes the best episodes because producers know that this is what will get people engaged.

I actually enjoyed the film of White Noise on Netflix. Same for Dune part 1 by Villeneuve. Concerning The Last of Us. I never played the videogame. The pilot looks good, but damn I laughed so many times at the plot. Characters are on point though, especially the teenager.
