Luffy and Zoro are going to show to Kizaru and Lucci that they are facing a yonko crew, not the mere pirates that they were 2 years ago. Furthermore, the Sunny is being transported to the other side of the island as we speak. These fights will be done until then.

Kizaru and Lucci are going to allow the world to see how strong the SHs have gotten since before the timeskip. They'll serve to reassert the yonko status of Luffy and the YC1 status of Zoro.
