Ok so at worst, Kizaru got great speed feats (and defensive feats), arguably cementing him at #1 in that category. This can't be seen as anything else than a W, the size of the W can be debated for him. I guess it does come off overhyped now if we made it sound like Kizaru trashed advCoC Luffy...

I need to read the chapter clearly, I barely looked at the raws, initial raws don't leave me with the impression that light speed was a major factor. That's why I say this. Perhaps Kizaru's guard is still special compared to anyone elses anyway? But it's still more replicable than his movement...

There is zero evidence advCoC increases your speed. Everytime speed was quantifiable the limiting factor was clear. Kuri - No FS ----> TB Blitzed G4 Rooftop - FS used ---> partially avoided even in base (a much slower form than G4, FS is that potent) Post 1010 - FS + G2 used ---> completely...

Yea that statement makes even less sense now. Unless Luffy was using advCoC off panel, and like I said decided to shut it off because he couldn't land anything. Notice how the initial kick, you saw haki sparks, but in this chapter nothing. It's like Luffy dialed the haki back on purpose.
