Sanji doesn’t need to keep up with Zoro and Luffy he states so already in his fight with Queen. That’s not what Luffy wants from him or himself. Sanjis role is step up when Luffy or Zoro cannot and be a knight ~ however there’s another knight which is Jinbei.

You cannot train CoC to be stronger (this is your power) but you can channel it, this doesn't improve the strength just better control. I have no idea about Shanks training.. it's all conjecture. There's a little truth to what your saying like Zoro using CoA before Luffy its his speciality...

Kaido's presence - keeps an admiral away Shanks CoC in full effect - Admiral is scared of the whole crew not shanks individuality. You cannot train it directly to be stronger .. you can control it and who it affects that's about it.

Conquerors Haki isn't something that can be trained, it's something that is there and relative to your Strength. So if Mihawks strength is comparable to Shanks his CoC would be too.

Oda is playing it smart with Mihawk .. don't reveal too much until it's his time to shine -- otherwise he might run into the same issue he came across with Crocodile. I have high faith in Mihawk he won't disappoint.
