Unless I'm very confused (which could be) I got my own ability and tail whip as one shots from Pick up ability of Linoone.

Linoone- Pickup (Passive, Every 3 phases you randomly pickup a one shot ability in the game)

It's my passive ability. Every 3 phases I get a random one shot from the game.
