It's just a regular punch enhanced with Nen tbh. I don't think there are any conditions involved. And tbh, having conditions to raise your ability is not necessarily better than having no conditions and still operating at a high level. It is just the way different fighters specialize.

An average punch from Phinks is a mosquito bite to a fodder gorilla. An average punch from Uvogin would turn a Squadron Leader ant like Cheetu into a painting. Big Bang Impact is literally just a "right punch with little Nen added" as described by the PT.

Uvo got the Vergo treatment btw. Defeated by Hax and not actually being knocked out. I'm surprised by how Uvo is downplayed despite the way the PT reacted to his capture & his death.
