You're assuming his speed is amazing and that he can just dodge everything Uvogin does while charging his arm, he's getting hit by Big Bang Impact, not just once either, multiple times, and I don't see any durability feats for him to say he's surviving very many.

He doesn't have the feats to say he can do that, Uvogin is easily landing Big Bang Impact on him multiple times before Phinks gets off even a single Ripper Cyclotron

No you can't say that because both Phinks base punch and the ants durability are entirely featless outside of that instance, Uvogin's durability has insane feats and hype outside of the Shadow Beasts instance.

Problem is that the Shadow Beasts aren't actually fodder, whereas the random ape chimera ant that Phinks killed factually is, it doesn't even have any feats aside from no selling Phinks base punsh, which is garbage anyway.

That's a feat for the Shadow Beasts, not an antifeat for Uvogin, even Feitan was impressed as shown in the page you posted.
