    We don't claim mihawk has coc lmao. We simply know and there's no fighting it. Blackbeard whole arsenal is replacing Haki. Yami nullify DF and it's effect on you. Gura replaces Strong AdCoA and AdCoC level stuff. And majority has CoO already and blackbeard have zero haki feats and skills...
