Well even if Sanji's spoiler is Fake, sooner or later Oda will make Sanji's leg bend to show off exo's abilities. It's like when Toriyama wrote Picollo losing his arms in most arcs to show his regeneration.

Well I just imagine that Mihawk, Crocodile and Buggy's bounties values mutually benefited after they formed a group. They are more dangerous now as a group than if they were separate pirates.

I honestly doubt Oda will reveal Mihawk and Crocodile bounties in this chapter. He'll likely hide them until an arc where they'll take a more active role.
