Part of me thinks Mihawk bounty isn't really suppose to make sense, but rather Oda got kind of trapped in a corner by never revealing it. Can't make it a mystery all series just to throw out a 1.5 - 2B bounty when we've been sort of elevating past it with Luffy.

Isn't this pretty much the last bounty jump? If Zoro/Sanji don't cross the 1B line now I don't think we'll ever see it.

If the 3B+ bounty for Mihawk is true, then it must have been pretty high before getting frozen.

Honestly, how would the WG even know who took them down? Didn't seem like CPO reported anything.

Nobody saw Zoro do anything, his bounty raise will be solely based off his crew's success in the war. If his bounty is somehow higher than Sanji's then the WG auto assume he's a bigger threat (without taking anything into account).
