Ibsr the only reason I think Luffy and Nami is a viable thing is because they’re the only 2 who have an endgame related to having a child/being a parent amongst anyone in the series left.

I get that but the mother would be the one looking after the kid so idk how he’d show it tbh would be the opposite of that though. No way would the story end when Luffy knows what happened with Ace and what happened with Luffys own dad as well

Doesn’t matter Oda has made it clear legacy and importance in the Pirate world is linked to having a kid or being a father of some kind. Oda has never portrayed characters to be lovey dovey either. Toki and Oden weren’t lovey dovey on screen at all. Oda has never written romance that way

Not a hot take in here but a hot take to Oda lol. But Luffy needs to end up with someone or at least have a kid. Every important pirate in the story so far other then Blackbeard has had one
