    Character Discussion Kaido is the worst antagonist in the entire series and his "backstory" is objectively awful

    Apart from impressive feats, Kaido's character is very bland. Oda has had some ideas here and there to make him more compelling, but those points aren't exactly properly fleshed out. An extreme juggernaut with hype moments but nothing else.
