It's hopium tbh I don't know wtf Oda is doing with the BB pirates. Why have these dudes job to washed up top tiers 😑 who are on Luffy's side, first Rayleigh and now Garp.

It would be great for the story. I think it's possible (slim but possible). BB pirates badly need some hype. Being a run of the mill crew isn't good enough, and heck most of them don't even have that going for them.
