Questions & Mysteries Why is Jinbe's bounty so low?
He broke out of ID and they saw him 1st hand in the war, they probably have a good idea about his threat level. Then he returned with Luffy and Rayleigh to MF, and sometime during the 2 years allied under BM. I doubt he did much of anything besides this, and his bounty rose more than Luffys...- TEACH D TEACH
