    I forgot to say this but apparently Sanji have to get 100 recipes in order to complete his training and there are 99 Okamas and Ivankov as well, Inazuma doesn't count apparently so which mean that not only Sanji doesn't need "real training" like Luffy and Zoro does but he is also the only one...

    I have a theory is that Sanji doesn't actually train, he spend 90% of his training through cooking and he somehow learn haki while cooking as well. But hey, anything is possible:jordanmf:
