What I am saying is that only being able to smile doesnt hinder your strength, and kataturi's reference when stating the reason for killer being nerfed is headcanon, because no where does it state killer was weakened or couldnt use CoO or CoA, mental incapacited, etc because he ate a smile.

If you read what Hawkins said in 954 to Law, it shows you why Killer was the grim reaper of wano and please show us a panel where it says directly that he is in a bad mental state hence weaker, instead of this Katakuri mental state headcanon
