    One sagging Zorotard have ruined the manga further by spreading misinformation and stupidity. Black streaks do not mean attacks imbued with Adcoc. It simply means the user has COC. ODA has drawn Luffy with these streaks since dressrosa. I had to say this because tards are saying Luffy used...
