Feat wise yes, because Adv CoA got overshadowed by Adv CoC, but portray wise and narrative wise Adv CoA shouldn't be much worse. I'm talking of the mak level of Adv CoA, the one that only Rayleigh and Luffy are confirmed user for now, not the basic barrier coating CoA.

FS is a good power, but people just overhypes it for Kat's sake. Adv CoC is of course a higher level ability than FS, since Conquerors itself is an elite power that only a few have. FS compares to Adv CoA internal distruction, not to CoC.
