I get the sentiment and I do think Kin'emon will be heavily involved in Kanjuro's defeat, potentially even landing the final blow but I'm doubtful Kin is strong enough to beat Kanjuro on his own.

It’s sumin to think about as I get the feeling that Zoro feels responsible for Hiyori but I don’t think it’s very likely. From a story telling perspective, I think it’d make more sense if Kanjuro gets taken out by the Scabbards. The fight would have more weight/emotion/meaning behind it that way...
