    Good swordsman only cut what they want/need to. Mihawk's slash against Luffy was also blocked by Daz Bones clean. Jozu blocked a slash meant for Whitebeard. It's easily plausible that Kiku or one of her peers can cut Jozu if he isn't using haki or if his haki is weaker. 1600982925
