If Jozu is only using the diamond to protect himself, then Kiku can cut him since she can use Ryuo.
If Jozu is using CoA as well to protect himself, then it comes down to whoever has the stronger CoA. Is the will she's imposing on her sword stronger than Jozu's will to defend his body?
