Jozu's df should give diamond properties so extreme hardness but yet ot is fragile and indeed nobody cut through his diamond defence but Aokiji shattered it. So, imo, there are good chances his defence is even better than Kaido given it is a cut attack, a blunt one on the other hand could work...
