I suppose the weak trio won't develop it this arc, I somewhat suspect not even the mid trio will. By the time the EoS SHs will fight the EoS BB Pirates every SH will be obligated to possess some haki or else they will never manage to defeat their final opponents.

Honestly what disappoints me is that thus far not even the mid trio managed to show off their hakis. This is a bit disgraceful in my opinion, expecially when you have people like Robin and her potential is being wasted so blatantly.

I think so, I would feel extremely bored and pissed differently. A legendary crew should be made of legendary members. But we have a case with Buggy who doesn't possess haki if I'm not mistaken, or at least he never showed any sign of it either.
