    Overrated: Luffy, Zoro, Sanji (to some extent), Katakuri, Doffy, Shanks.... In other words Popular characters Underrated: other supernovas, Calamities, Gorosei.... In other words unpopular characters and It's clear most people overate the characters they like, sometimes to utter delusionality
