When luffy meets shanks , he will be above shanks. Plain and simple bro.

? Bro luffy's haki will be strongest by the end. It will be stronger than shanks. You don't need to worry about luffy's haki in regards to shanks. What I meant in that luffy's haki will not allow shanks to put him out of G5 in first place.

Luffy's haki will grow enough where shanks's haki can't affect him. Only BB is an opponent where luffy will need to use his base the most and even then BB can only negate luffy's DF when he is touching him.
