Well, Zoro doesn't need to be the White Tiger. In Eastern mythology, tigers are enemies of dragons. So just being a normal tiger (Zoro's animal) would be a good parallel. Green is Zoro's color not white, after all.

I’m sure Yamato is the Byakko. At some point she will face her father and we will have Seiryu vs Byakko. I see Zoro as more of a "reincarnation" of Ryuma, just like Luffy is the "reincarnation" of Roger.
