I can see Current Luffy probably superior to EoS Sanji assuming that the latter will not remotely be meant to overcome an admiral. In general Current Luffy is probably still to explore, I believe Oda is probably not done with in the short term. But if he was I would tend to agree overall.

I also think he does. The black blade is Zoro's goal and Zoro is a CoA master. Zoro may attain the best CoA in the series by EoS and Mihawk is still his final goal to our knowledge. Also Mihawk is supposed to bear a better armament than Shanks and probably even Roger due the black blade matter.

And Zoro can still most likely rely on Asura, there's less certainty about Luffy's awakening. Plus Zoro might have developed an entirely new power up during the TS.

General portrayal doesn't even dictate that EoS Luffy > EoS Zoro let alone considering that for a mere specific arc.

Zoro had almost deep scarred Kaido (the likely scenario had Hiryuu Kaen landed) he was saved by Big Mom's suggestion funnily. If not he also damaged Kaido with other attacks and he showed better combat reflexes than Luffy as well as no time limit issues for obvious reasons.

I find it baffling how some people are not elastic enough to consider the fact that Zoro is facing Luffy's common enemy right now and despite so he is actually faring better. Also Luffy has the better haki types not the better haki. Why do people fail to grasp this basic notion. Basic stats...

Bounty is often not that relevant when it comes to power level matters, it can't be taken as an ubiquitous parameter to judge them. It depends on case by case.

Portrayal they are meant to be similar. They were portrayed as rather equals for a long long time. But Zoro has proven to be better than Luffy feats wise, at least thus far.
