I'm particulatry excited about Apoo's full AP extent, but that's about it. However he seemed to be tanti too. I think Kidd is most likely the third strongest nova right now, at least by common portrayal and I'm loving his intelligent combat.

Why? Luffy dealt more damage than Kidd is, both maximum damage and DPS wise. And he showed to be even faster than Kidd.

Do you guys think Oda will show more of Kidd's power in 1004? What's your prediction on the matter?

This is the point here. Not saying that Kidd and the others can't unleash a new power up, even Zoro could. But Asura is simply not a new power up, or at least almost not, because odds wise it shall definitely be still there. But new power up are more tricky to conceive, not that they are not...

He could do much better physically wise, I think his devil fruit is still very useful against Kaido overall, and even CoA wise why not... but it's still too soon to gauge him then again. I hope he manages to do better than Killer offensively. Kidd is meant to stand above Killer for the remainder...

Is it fair to start judging someone's feats for their lack of feats? I think only whenever there is a certain degree of certainty if not total certainty that the character in question isn't capable to show more.

Virtually Worst performance, but giving him the benefit of the doubt, Oda is likely up to something in store this is why. Law instead did much more so we shall pick him for worst so far.
