And what does that achieve? Wall is destroyed, the force of the attack is used up on the wall, Kidd is clean, reforms the wall and we are back to square one. Surely, Luffy should land some hits but he cant take him down easily.

He can use KKG, Kidd puts up a metal wall in front of it, the wall takes the dmg, Kidd is clean, Kidd reforms the wall and repeats the process. Luffy is slowly running out of G4 and getting into trouble. He stands more chance with G2 probably but will take ages to take Kidd down with that gear.

Yes, he is basically another Cracker. Can use his element to take hits instead of his real body. And most of his junk is sharp metal which has better chances of hurting Luffy than Cracker's biscuits. He needs lots of metal tho, just a metal arm wont cut it.

Let's not go wild and overrate a simple punch from Big Mom... Chopper tanked a slap, Queen tanked something far worse than Kidd did. He is not above YC1... He is weaker than Luffy overall but a good counter for his combat style. He would beat Luffy, imo.

Big Mom definitely didnt use Hardening. Whether she used regular coating or not, you can debate.
