You know what.... I'll give Mihawk Fujitora, only because Fujitora is a new admiral and is still getting used to his abilities. But it would be Extreme Diff. Fujitora is the only admiral I'd give Mihawk the benefit of a doubt against tbh. But I don't see Akainu, Aokiji or Kizaru losing to Mihawk.

You can call him top tier but none of the Admirals are taking an L to Mihawk. Im sure Mihawk would put up a good fight but he's ultimately losing to every admiral.
