Well, to quote @ZenZu here, you’re entire argument is “he has to be a swordsman because he’s too strong,” and that he’s a swordsman because of one time he held a sword. So, by default, the answer is yes.

Well, to continue the logic of the thread, Luffy because he held a sword that one time. And again this arc. Which, by the logic of this thread, means that he’s a stronger swordsman than Zoro, and that Zoro will never get to be the WSS because he’ll never be stronger than Luffy.

Now that I think about it, Luffy’s probably the World’s Strongest Fishman because he did that thing that one time with Arlong’s teeth.

Luffy is also the World’s Strongest Ship, and probably the most technologically advanced one at that, because he has a move literally named UFO.
