Seems like you don't even comprehend a simple manga. Kaido has fought all the top members of the alliance, 9 scabbards, Yamato, and you still think he isn't in less than 40% of his strength. Stop fooling yourself! It's even mentioned in the manga itself that Kaido isn't in his full strength.

Lol there is a reason Zoro is fighting a god while Luly is just a mere Yonko, who is already in less than 40% of his strength.
