Personal...
Hody's strength was decent. He is probably around Snack level.
And Luffy was basically fighting nerfed underwater most of the time.
Disagrees about the Hody and Crocodile comparison, Crocodile does have reason for being a villain yes but Hody don't have a clear reason to be evil which is...
Lol, Caesar is the only villain that appears in like what, 4 arcs in a row?
Punk Hazard, Dressrosa (well, only the beginning), Zou, Whole Cake Island.
Then he appears in the cover story during Wano and is likely will be appearing again with the Neo Mads alliance with Judge.
GOATED villain.:joker:
The Warlords are the best group Oda introduces so far.
As for Yonko:
Kaido - Cool antagonist but his characterization is meh.
Big Mom - Unpopular opinion but I think Big Mom is a well written female villain, it's just that her incompetence as a fighter overshadows her character development...
Fair. Vander Decken is the only shitty villain of the arc. His screentime as the secondary antagonist takes away too much of Hody's character potential.
Reminds me of Orochi and Kaido plot but at least Orochi is a good villain.
OP fans misunderstood the theme of his character. Which is why people thinks he's a trash villain.
Hody's philosophy of "nothingness" makes him an interesting villain. Not every villains needs a reason to be evil.
