As I said earlier, individual techniques that have situational usage are not powerups. Powerups: Gears, Kyutoryu, Diable Jambe, Raid Suit, Enma etc. Not Powerups: Skywalk, Foxfire style, Grizzly Magnum, Rotisserie Strike, Farce of the Dead etc. It really is that simple.
