If anything, probably the Rocks pirates. His crew called him "Oyaji", Rayleigh and Roger called him WB as everyone else. The "fond" memory he had before he died, people called him Newgate, so my guess before he was WB, he was Newgate to most people, aka, Rocks pirates.
