True, but as soon as there's a haki user whose haki control is enough to tame Enma, Enma sure is a better PU imo. Yes, RS makes your durability stronger or gives you some new features but it doesn't train your body nor your haki whereas Enma literally forces you to train your haki better.

Enma is better, it automatically forces you to use your haki better, which results as a far better haki training. I wouldn't be surprised if Zoro learns the highest form of Ryuo thanks to Enma.
