Yea it's nothing too crazy. Just Roger saying bring me a top tier Marine, in more personal terms. When people use that statement along with the fact that Sengoku is part of the old gen, to place him above majority of mid gen top tiers unwarranted. That's where the overrating comes from.

No I'm saying that statement is one of the major reasons he's overrated.
