I don't see how he is losing bad. So far Marco was probably damaged less than they did and also his regeneration is quite more proficient. He only admitted he can't defeat them, not even necessarily that he would get defeated.

Marco's regeneration skills are impressive and you can't state this because you have no firm evidence. Also going by a rationale, Marco didn't even suffer more hits and more powerful hits than King did, at least apparently.

Luffy is no more like that now that he has learnt and harnessed at least the basics of advanced CoA and FS. Expecially the former. G4 is still a massive boost, but the total ratio has diminished it would appear.
