Raizo was the one who was called Fuku’s rival, so it makes more sense for him to fight Fuku. Shinobu can help him out though. Ashura’s done, Inu will lose to Jack, Raizo will fight Fuku, Kin’emon will fight Kanjuro, and that leaves 5 Scabbards left. Conveniently, there’s also 5 Numbers left. I...- Shiroyru
