Stop it, it has absolutely nothing to do with "reread" or it being "weekly released". People were saying the same crap regarding Dressrosa and WCI, "it's better when you reread". No! The writing itself is garbage. Rereading Dressrosa or WCI was even worse because you learn more on how bad it is...
