Literally says, on page, that a great war is coming once someone inherits Roger's will. Roger's will is this: You can put 2 and 2 together. Said person cannot fight the WG until they know everything and have One Piece.

Issue with this is the actual story goes out of its way to say that Finding One Piece will lead to the final war. Whitebeard says it as he dies, and so does Roger in Oden's flashback.
