Other than time limit luffy has been pretty impressive to me. Making short work of lucci ; easily keeping up with Kizaru's speed and immobilizing him with one attack when using adv coc for some time ; now fighting against both Kizaru and saturn etc. Him failing to protect vegapunk is plot related.
