    Nah, i doubt Luffy could not dodge her attacks and protect himself with adcoa against her attacks, especially with FS. I have her at least around mid high tier/y2c.

    Reread chapter 555, slave arrow turns everything it touches completely into stone. When she attacked with her feet, like you said, only the surrounding area where she hit turned to stone.
