Powers & Abilities Is Luffy becoming the "Hakiman" many theoritized Shanks to be?
At this point Luffy is obviously mastering each haki in order. Observation -> armament -> Conqueror's is the only logical conclusion for a shonen manga. Possibly flashbacks, but I believe he'll have to learn it from someone like he learned from Kata and Hyo.- Natalija
