I agree that King (allegedly) has no CoC but it's not ascertained like you make it. Furthermore, Luffy doesn't necessarily fight *every* guy that has CoC. Not sure where did you get this from.

Having CoC is not easy. There's literally 1/1million chances you are born with CoC. It's already an epoque making event to have just 3 CoC users on a same island, imagine having more. :P I don't see it the case on Wano cause it's not the Final War stage.

Also CoC is being taken too lightly here.. Why was Aokiji so fazed by witnessing Luffy unleashing his CoC? Someone like Aokiji... it's simply in that CoC is that rare. We cannot expect so many people to have it... we have already 20+ confirmed CoC users, alive as well IIRC, so that accounts...

Technically he never hyped Yamato insanely however. She looked strong so far, but nothing of ecstatic really... I don't see too much in your point. Yamato and King have similar hype the way I see it... perhaps Yamato's is somewhat highter in that she is Kaido's daughter but the former point...

King but there's only a very small chance. I don't see anyone else being rolled with CoC by the author. After all CoC should belong to characters that are quite important to the plot, not even King is overall.
