Well going by my logic I would say you can't see Zoro if you can see Hakuba and the other way around. The anime will hopefully take it into consideration.

Hakuba's speed is overrated. Even Robin managed to see it coming blocking Hakuba before he could cut her down. So I don't see much of a question here. Robin is not blocking Zoro at all, specially currently, but any version of Pre Enma training post TS really. It would be ridiculous otherwise.
