ulti never broke luffys haki why are you making stuff up? like i already said, luffy is weaker to cutting/piercing attacks than any other character...which is the only reason hody bit him in base form. this doesn't even matter anywa because hes already deflected stronger attacks from doffy...

what does that have to do with anything...ryou is entirely different than regular arnament haki. the boa sisters have basic ryou...that doesnt mean thier arnament haki is stronger than luffys or katas

sengoku uses blunt attacks...doffy uses cutting/piercing attacks.theres a difference rayleigh already explained the basics of haki and the only haki that doesn't improve is conquerors. both observation and arnament can improve.

balloons pop...luffy is especially weak to doffys cutting abilities..adding balloon would just make it worse. and yes the quality does change which is why doffys attacks dont pierce anymore and why he overuses massive amounts of haki into a small timeframe, which is gear 4.
