I don't think so, imo. Oda didn't have to remove Zoro from the roof (assuming he does in 1011) to give Luffy his 1v1. This is way more extreme than Kaido knocking Zoro away or temporarily knocking him out. There was no reason to do it unless he intended to send away from this fight entirely...
