First of all Nami beat Sanji by one place. It isn't like Sanji failed to even be on the list. Secondly, if it is based off of boobs then Robin would also be a lot higher. Also does this mean that Luffy and Zoro have better titties than Nami?

When I first read OP and the Arlong Park I remember how cathartic it was to see Luffy destroy the room where Nami was kept as a prisoner. It was Arlong's defeat that really cemented that the SHs were a team. Nami was an integral part of that.
